Ingredients 

▢ 4-5 large carrots peeled and cut into sticks ▢ 2 teaspoons olive oil ▢ ½ teaspoon salt ▢ ¼ teaspoon pepper ▢ ½ teaspoon dried thyme or 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme

Instructions STEP - 1

Preheat oven to 425℉.

STEP - 2

Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or foil.

STEP - 3

Toss the carrots with olive oil on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

STEP - 4

Roast the carrots for 20-25 minutes, until soft and just slightly caramelized around the edges.

STEP - 5

Remove the carrots from the oven and sprinkle with thyme. Serve hot.
