1 16 oz. angel food cake mix box ▢1/2 cup pineapple juice ▢1 3.4 ox. Vanilla pudding mix box ▢3 cups whipped cream ▢2 cups berries assorted

Instructions STEP - 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.  

STEP - 2

Bake the cake according to the instructions on the container. Pour batter into thirty muffin cups lined with paper to within two-thirds capacity. 13 to 14 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Ensure that batter is refrigerated prior to baking in portions.

STEP - 3

Cool cupcakes for 5 to 10 minutes in the pan, then remove and cool.  

STEP - 4

Whisk together pineapple juice, pudding mix, and whipped cream in a medium basin. Combine the ingredients and use to garnish cupcakes.  

STEP - 5

If desirable, garnish with a variety of berries and mint leaves.
