1 1/3 c mashed bananas use very ripe bananas; about 4 medium ▢2/3 c sugar ▢1/4 c milk ▢3 tbsp vegetable oil ▢1/2 tsp vanilla extract ▢3 eggs ▢2 2/3 c Original Bisquick Mix

Instructions STEP - 1

Turn the oven temperature to 350°F. Coat a 9-by-5-by-3-inch loaf pan with grease on the bottom and sides.  

STEP - 2

Combine the bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs in a large basin. After combining the ingredients, incorporate the Bisquick mix and almonds. Combine the ingredients and pour into the pan.  

STEP - 3

Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes. Ten minutes prior to removing from the bread pan, permit to chill. Place on a wire rack, top side down, and allow to chill entirely.  

STEP - 4

For optimal flavor, ripe bananas should be utilized.  

STEP - 5

Additional banana bread. This bread is an excellent ingredient for banana bread French toast.  

STEP - 6

To store: up to four days at room temperature, ten days in the refrigerator, or two to three months in the freezer.
