BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER RECIPE

Ingredients 

olive oil cooking spray ▢1 cup milk ▢1 cup all-purpose flour ▢1/2 tsp garlic powder ▢salt and pepper to taste ▢1 1/2 cups Panko ▢2 heads cauliflower cut to bite size ▢1 cup mild buffalo wing sauce

Instructions STEP - 1

Preparing the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius).  

STEP - 2

Reserve 1 cup of milk in a dish. Combine the following ingredients in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag: flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place Panko in an additional container.  

STEP - 3

To coat the cauliflower, drizzle each portion with milk before coating it in the flour mixture. Following the return of the milk, coat in panko. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil and lightly greased; bake for 20 to 25 minutes.  

STEP - 4

After removing the cauliflower from the oven, combine it with the buffalo sauce. Cook the cauliflower for an additional 10 minutes, broiling for the final 2 minutes, before returning it to the greased baking sheet.  

STEP - 5

Prepare these cauliflower morsels flavored with buffalo for your upcoming football party. Nobody will even be able to tell that they are cauliflower-based or healthier. They are now our preferred entree.
