▢5 slices cooked bacon (cut into ½ inch pieces) ▢salt and pepper to taste ▢24 ounces frozen shredded hash browns thawed ▢10 ounces cream of chicken and mushroom (1 can) ▢1 cup light sour cream ▢1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions STEP - 1

Preheat oven to 375°F.

STEP - 2

Combine hash browns, bacon, soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of cheese in a large basin.   

STEP - 3

Once thoroughly incorporated, transfer the mixture to a greased 13-by-9 dish.  

STEP - 4

Proceed with baking for 30 minutes.

STEP - 5

Remove, garnish with the remaining cheese, and continue cooking for an additional ten minutes.
