▢32 ounces diced potatoes frozen ▢1 (10.5-ounce) can can cream of chicken soup ▢1 cup sour cream ▢1 teaspoon garlic salt (with parsley flakes) ▢½ cup onion, finely diced ▢2 cups cheddar cheese shredded, divided

Instructions STEP - 1

In a slow cooker, grease the bottom with cooking spray. Except for 1 cup of cheese, combine all of the following ingredients: frozen diced potatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic salt, and onion. Combine thoroughly.  

STEP - 2

Cover and cook until potatoes are tender, 3 to 4 hours on HIGH or 5 to 6 hours on LOW (mixing midway through).  

STEP - 3

Deactivate and extract the covering.  

STEP - 4

Cover the dish with the remaining cheese and allow it to melt for ten minutes.
