1 tablespoon olive oil ▢1 large (or 2 small) chicken breasts, thinly sliced ▢1 small onion, chopped ▢2 ribs celery, chopped ▢1 large carrot, chopped ▢2 garlic cloves ▢6 cups chicken broth ▢1 pound orzo pasta, uncooked ▢3 tablespoons minced parsley

Instructions STEP - 1

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-low to medium-high heat.  

STEP - 2

Carrots, onion, and chicken should be added and cooked until the chicken is no longer pink. (roughly 5 minutes) Season as needed with pepper and salt while simmering. Incorporate the garlic.  

STEP - 3

Orzo, bouillon, and parsley are added.  

STEP - 4

Simmer over low heat for fifteen minutes, or until the pasta is al dente.

STEP - 5

In order to prevent the pasta from adhering to the bottom of the pan, stir regularly.
