1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese ▢1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese ▢1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts drained and chopped ▢½ cup sour cream ▢8 ounbces cream cheese ▢½ cup mayonnaise ▢2 teaspoons minced garlic ▢⅓ cup sun dried tomatoes optional

Instructions STEP - 1

Stir together the artichokes, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses in a medium saucepan.  

STEP - 2

Garnish with sour cream, cream cheese, and mayonnaise.  

STEP - 3

Adjust the heat setting on the cook-top to medium-low. Assemble the ingredients while stirring the mixture until the cheeses have dissolved.  

STEP - 4

Proceed to place the mixture in a slow cooker. If desired, incorporate the sun-dried tomatoes into the mixture.  

STEP - 5

Cook over low heat for 3–4 hours or over high heat for 1–2 hours. Serve without delay.
