▢4-6 russet potatoes ▢2-3 tsp olive oil 1/2 tsp per potato ▢1-1.5 tsp kosher salt 1/4 tsp per potato ▢aluminum foil ▢butter, cheese, chives, bacon, sour cream, salt and pepper

Instructions STEP - 1

After washing and drying the potatoes, make indentations all over them with a fork. Position each potato in the center of a large enough piece of aluminum foil to encircle it completely.   

STEP - 2

Combine 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon olive oil; coat each potato on all sides.   The potatoes ought to be encased in foil and deposited into a crock pot.  

STEP - 3

Cook until tender, about 4-5 hours on High or 8-10 hours on Low. Ensure that they are not overcooked.    

STEP - 4

When they are done, remove them from the crock pot and remove the foil with care.  

STEP - 5

Invert each potato along its length and garnish with sour cream, salt, pepper, butter, cheese, chives, bacon, chives, chives, bacon, sour cream, or any other preferred condiment.
