EASY YEAST ROLL RECIPE

Ingredients 

▢1 package (1/4 oz) Quick Rise Yeast ▢1 tbsp sugar ▢3/4 c warm water (110°-115°F) ▢2 1/2 – 3 c Biscuit/baking mix

Instructions STEP - 1

Yeast and sugar are dissolved in tepid water. Combine biscuit mix with the dough, then transfer to a lightly floured surface. 5 minutes, or until the dough is elastic and smooth.  

STEP - 2

Form and divide dough into twenty-four small patties. Place on a baking sheet that has been greased. Cover and allow to rise in a warm location for 30 minutes, or until doubled.  

STEP - 3

Bake at 400° for 10 to 14 minutes, or until golden brown.  

STEP - 4

These simple yeast pastries require only four ingredients and can be prepared in less than an hour. Because they are so effortless and expedient, they will quickly become your preferred supper rolls.
