2 eggs ▢6 Tbsp vegetable oil ▢1/2 cup sugar ▢1 tsp almond, anise, or vanilla extract ▢2 cups all-purpose flour ▢2 tsp baking powder ▢1 pinch salt Glaze ▢2 cups powdered sugar ▢1 tsp almond extract, or vanilla extract ▢1 pinch salt ▢3-4 Tbsp cream or milk, warmed

Instructions STEP - 1

In a mixing basin, combine the eggs, oil, sugar, and extract with a whisk. Combine salt, baking powder, and flour.

STEP - 2

Form dough disks by utilizing tablespoonfuls. Freeze portions of dough for 15 to 20 minutes, or chill for a minimum of one hour.  Before arranging the dough into spheres, grease cookie sheets with parchment paper.

STEP - 3

Bake for approximately 9 minutes at 350°, or until the tops are firm. Although the bottoms will be slightly browned, the crowns should remain white. Transfer the cookies to cooling racks where they can fully chill.

STEP - 4

Whisk together all ingredients for the glaze in a small basin until smooth, adding enough warm cream to achieve a thin but creamy consistency.

STEP - 5

After drenching the cookie toppers in the glaze, garnish them with sprinkles.
