1 bunch Kale ▢olive oil ▢1 tsp garlic salt (with parsley flakes)

Instructions STEP - 1

Preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  

STEP - 2

Eliminate the kale stems and leaves. Wash and rinse the kale. Cut into segments measuring 3 inches.  

STEP - 3

Composting parchment paper onto a cookie tray. Kale should be placed on a cookie tray. Garnish with garlic salt and drizzle with olive oil.  

STEP - 4

Ten to twelve minutes, or until the edges begin to darken.  

STEP - 5

Graze on a nutritious snack such as these pliable baked kale crisps. Significantly healthier than standard potato chips, and incredibly delectable as well.
