▢1 head cauliflower cut into florets ▢1 Tbsp olive oil ▢1 tsp minced garlic ▢1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated ▢1/4 cup reduced fat cream cheese room temperature ▢1 tsp garlic salt (with parsley flakes) ▢1/8 tsp black pepper freshly ground ▢2 tbsp half and half ▢fresh parsley and butter for garnish

Instructions STEP - 1

Boiling water in a steamer equipped with an insert is required. Once the water reaches a simmer, incorporate the cauliflower florets. Boil for ten to twelve minutes, or until tender.  

STEP - 2

While the cauliflower is steaming, melt the minced garlic into the olive oil in a skillet. Simply cook for a few minutes, or until fragrant.   

STEP - 3

In a large basin, combine the cauliflower that has been steamed, the minced garlic, the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Employ a hand mixer to pulverize the ingredients.  

STEP - 4

The cauliflower mixture, when pulverized, is transferred to a food processor. Puree the mixture while adding the half-and-half until it reaches the desirable consistency.  

STEP - 5

To flavor, add salt and pepper. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley and butter.   

STEP - 6

Reheat, if necessary, over the burner.
