2 cups Mexican Rice ▢4 chicken breasts, cubed ▢1 package taco seasoning ▢3 tablespoons vegetable oil ▢1 tablespoon minced garlic ▢4 cups Mexican cheese ▢1 (10-ounce) can cream of chicken soup ▢1 can green chiles ▢1½ cups salsa ▢cilantro

Instructions STEP - 1

Graze a 9-by-13-inch dish and preheat the oven to 350°F.  

STEP - 2

In a large saucepan, combine cubed chicken, vegetable oil, taco seasoning, and minced garlic.  

STEP - 3

Green chilies, cream of chicken soup, and salsa should be combined.    

STEP - 4

In a baking dish, arrange a quarter of the rice, a quarter of the poultry, and the remaining quarter of the soup and salsa mixture accordingly. Two tablespoons of cheese should be sprinkled on top. Once more, repeat the layers, concluding with the cheese.  

STEP - 5

After forty minutes, garnish with minced cilantro.
