PUMPKIN BUTTER RECIPE

Ingredients 

▢29 oz can pumpkin puree ▢1 cup apple juice ▢2 tsp ground ginger ▢1/2 tsp ground cloves ▢1 cup sugar ▢2 tsp cinnamon ▢1 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions STEP - 1

Mix together the pumpkin, juice, sugar, and seasonings in a large saucepan. Boil in a saucepan over high heat. Employ a wire whisk and continuously blend.  

STEP - 2

Stirring frequently, reduce heat to a simmer and stew for an additional 30 minutes.  

STEP - 3

A processor should be used to smooth the butter for a smoother consistency.  

STEP - 4

Refrigerate in a secure, sanitary container.    

STEP - 5

Pumpkin butter combines all of your beloved autumn flavors into a smooth, spreadable consistency. Prepare an infusion to apply to bagels or toast. Alternatively, you could package it and distribute it to neighbors and acquaintances.
