1 pie crust unbaked ▢10 oz frozen spinach chopped, thawed and drained ▢1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded ▢1/2 cup mozzarella cheese ▢6 oz herb and garlic feta ▢1 cup milk ▢4 eggs slightly beaten ▢1/4 tsp garlic salt (with parsley flakes) ▢1/4 tsp pepper ▢3 tsp minced garlic ▢1 tsp onion powder

Instructions STEP - 1

Initial preheat of 350°F

STEP - 2

Utilize a 9-inch glass pie plate or tart pan with shallow sides. Crimp the edges of the pie pastry before placing it on the plate. (The edges of the pastry were double-folded and crimped.) Bake the crust for ten to twelve minutes in advance.

STEP - 3

After allowing the spinach and cheese to chill slightly, arrange them along the underside of the pie crust.

STEP - 4

Combine the following ingredients in a medium bowl: milk, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Proceed to drizzle the spinach and cheese with the liquid.

STEP - 5

Bake for forty-five to fifty minutes. Determine whether it is complete by locating a knife in the center. Upon achieving a clean test, remove the quiche from the oven. After 5 to 10 minutes, allow to rest before serving.
