▢2 cups strawberries, chopped ▢1 cup grape tomatoes, chopped ▢¼ cup green onions, chopped ▢2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced ▢1 teaspoon lime zest ▢2 tablespoons lime juice ▢2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar ▢½ teaspoon coarse salt ▢pepper, to taste ▢2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions STEP - 1

In a mixing basin, thoroughly combine the strawberries, tomatoes, green onions, jalapeno pepper, and lime zest.  

STEP - 2

Add the lime juice, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and salt to the mixture.   

STEP - 3

Add cilantro, minced, just prior to serving.  


STORE this salsa with strawberries in airtight containers in the fridge for about 5-6 days.
