3 pounds pork sirloin roast ▢1 (16-ounce) bottle Dr. Pepper ▢1 (28-ounce) can green enchilada sauce ▢¾ cup sugar ▢¾ cup packed brown sugar ▢2 tablespoons minced garlic ▢2 tablespoons granulated garlic ▢1 teaspoon ground cumin ▢¾ teaspoon dry mustard ▢½ teaspoon chili powder

Instructions STEP - 1

Grease the slow cooker with Teflon spray.  

STEP - 2

Pork and seltzer are added to the slow cooker. Cover and simmer for four hours on high heat.  

STEP - 3

Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a large basin after four hours.  

STEP - 4

Continue cooking for an additional 2–3 hours, or until the pork is falling apart when relocating it from the slow cooker, using this mixture.  

STEP - 5

Return the pork pieces to the sauce after shredding them with a fork while removing the oil. Keep toasty.
