TACO PASTA SALAD RECIPE

Ingredients 

1 box pasta shells ▢1 can black beans drained and rinsed ▢10 oz corn frozen ▢1 can diced tomatoes ▢8 oz shredded Mexican blend cheese ▢1/2 cup salsa ▢1/2 cup olive oil ▢3-4 tbsp lime juice ▢1 tbsp cumin ▢1-2 tsp chili powder ▢2 tsp minced garlic ▢1/2 cup cilantro fresh and chopped ▢1 avocado diced ▢garlic salt and pepper to taste

Instructions STEP - 1

Cook the pasta per the instructions on the packaging. Pour the drained and rinsed cold water into a large basin.  

STEP - 2

To the pasta, incorporate black beans, maize, tomatoes, salsa, and shredded cheese.  

STEP - 3

Combine the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and chili powder in a separate basin using a whisk. Mix well and season to taste with garlic salt and pepper.  

STEP - 4

Prior to serving, incorporate cilantro and avocado cubes.
