▢4 cups chicken broth ▢3-4 (15.5-ounce) cans Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed ▢2 cups cooked, shredded chicken ▢1-2 (4-ounce) cans diced green chiles ▢1 teaspoon ground cumin ▢½ teaspoon garlic powder ▢½ teaspoon dried oregano ▢dash of pepper ▢2 cups shredded Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend cheese ▢1 cup sour cream

Instructions STEP - 1

Combine the chicken, beans, green chilies, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, and pepper in a large pot over medium-low heat.  

STEP - 2

Twenty to thirty minutes, or until the bisque is thoroughly heated.  

STEP - 3

Prior to serving, combine sour cream and cheese and stir until the cheese has dissolved and the remaining ingredients are combined.
