▢1 box Lemon Cake Mix ▢4 Eggs ▢1/4 cup vegetable oil ▢2 boxes Instant White Chocolate Pudding Mix ▢1/3 cup Fresh squeezed Lemon Juice ▢1 cup Sour Cream ▢Lemon Zest from 1 Lemon

Instructions STEP - 1

Cream together the cake mix, pudding mix, oil, and eggs using an electric beater in a basin.  

STEP - 2

Incorporate lemon zest, lemon juice, and sour cream. Manually blend. Pour into loaf molds that have been greased.  

STEP - 3

Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 350 degrees (for smaller loaf pans, bake for 15 minutes). Allow to settle.  

STEP - 4

Make perforations in the bread's top and drizzle with glaze (to prepare, combine one-half cup powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest; if the glaze is too thick, add more lemon juice).  

STEP - 5
